Roof Inspection & Consultation
Very few homeowners are aware of the damage their roofs might have taken during the storms. We will not only address and document damages on the roof but also do a full damage inspection on any and all exterior and interior damages. We will meet up with the Insurance adjuster and go over all the damage we have documented to insure coverage. There are many situations where the insurance companies can under pay or not cover certain damages, we will send proper documentation to insure any and all damages are covered and paid for by insurance.
Construction Phase
Once we have determined the roof or any other parts of the property has sustained damage and needs to be replaced we will review all insurance paperwork to insure all damages have been listed and itemized and are properly being paid for. Many cases where they do cover the damage but do not include key components to the systems resulting in the project being paid for below actual value leaving homeowners having to settle for below average and low quality work. We will never allow such a situation to occur, we stand by the industries largest warranty and by doing so we insure the use of the highest quality materials possible!
